Tuesday's advertised session is Hills. We will be working on a 1 mile circuit which has some steep climbs and descents including a nice little loop de loop. This is an off road circuit and includes some paths with loose rock. Footwear needs to be good trail or fell shoes - Road shoes not recommended.

 The Hills - Andrew Hardaker - definitely - The Hills.
I thought you had nicknamed me "Dangerous Dave" on account of your tendency to fall over when you run with me on anything not resembling tarmac. This is a good course which we have used before but probably more suited to those doing the 3 peaks than the London Marathon. :woohoo:

I can guess the route and see/hear the mischievous grin, chuckle whilst you devised it. :cheer:

I'll be doing a steady 5m taper locally, but will be up for the LiRF / CiRF meeting at 20:30. Is there an agenda for this other than the email that went out? No worries if there isn't but s there's loads to do, suggest someone priorities the list and puts some times on it.

Yes quite right Andy, those doing London need to be taking it steady for these last training sessions. All tuned up and ready to go Sunday morning. Regards the CIRF/LIRF meeting my understanding is that Jon Prid is leading on this but I might try and put some order of priority in to the subjects if I get time today just as a back up plan.
