Hi - Tuesday's session is scheduled to be speedwork. I have checked the valley and have a route suitable for some tempo work. Basically we will have a 1 mile jog to a field where we will warm up with some short shuttle runs and sprints. Then steady run into the valley where we will use a trail circuit (figure Eight) distance just short of a mile so suitable for 3 or 4 varied efforts. We will then have a short climb out of the valley and a 1.5 mile run back to the leisure centre. I have checked the route tonight and it is generally ok although there is a little mud here and there. Trail or Studs recommended.
