Fortunately I have been asked to take an open session with the group again which I found really enjoyable last time.
This week we will be doing 5 x two minute efforts with one minute recovery between each effort.
There will be a nice steady warm up to Thornbury Barracks. The efforts will start there, go along Bradford Rd and turn onto Dick Lane.
We will do 3 in one direction then turn back for the last 2.
Then a steady recovery run back. If you can bring a watch you may find it helpful , but don't worry if you don't.
As I am new to the group, I would like to know runners preferences towards off road running or not.
If you have any thoughts on that please let me know
