Pudsey Pacers

We are down as an open session tomorrow, however I don`t really want to commit to anything until I see what the pavements are like. The ground is still frozen and the pavements seem quite unsafe to run on with any confidence. We will be doing something but just at the moment not sure what. Will update tomorrow. Regards Dave.

Further to my message yesterday and the fact that we continue to be gripped by Arctic conditions, my session tonight will be on Queens Park. I realise that this may be a bit congested as I expect that most groups will need to use this venue however I really don't think the pavements are suitable. Not sure of the conditon of Queens Park, could be a bit muddy. Think I will use my off road shoes.
