Does anyone fancy joining me on a run from Rodley to Roundhay Park and back this Sunday. 09:30 start as usual. Pace around 9-10 min per mile. Planned route shown below (note the elevation, it's fairly hilly).

I would mate but your too quick may put something on about having a second group to go out and do thesame route but at 11 min mile pace

I would be interested in joining if there was a slower group running a long distance on either a Saturday or Sunday. I can't do this Sunday however, but am free any other weekends.

No sorry Rhea as I am in Scunthorpoe doing the parkrun then I have my daughter on saturday afternoon.

But next sunday yes we can speak at the club this week or next to make arrangements for Sunday 3rd
