Dave \Graham,

The Tuesday night sessions are great to try and move up. Because of the nature of most sessions, even if someone is a little bit slower, you'll find you wont drop behind if at all. Most Tuesdays involve reps so there is natural regrouping.
Give at go and I think you'll both be pleasantly suprised.

I am happy to see how sub 60 goes for now. Both my sub hour 10K times have been on the flat as a pancake Abbey Dash, with Pudsey being so hilly need a bit of work to be able to achieve that pace running locally.

Kev's group = sub 60 for a 10K

So does that mean I can stay with Jayne forever then Kev??
I think my time (1:17) is "Push a sub for 10k" - and those subs are bloody heavy!! :woohoo:
