This week Tuesday's training with be the popular negative split.

The Club will run the same route. We will all run for 31 minutes heading away from the Leisure Centre, then turn around and run back in 29 minutes. The idea is that you will put in more effort on the return.
It is for all abilities and you can put as much (or as little!) effort as you want to.

You should come to the Club as normal on Tuesday and instructions will be given.

If you are able to marshall or help with timings that would be appreciated.

Details available tonight Dave but briefly:

Lirttlemoor Rd, Fulneck, Smalewell Rd, Occupation Ln, Waterloo, Galloway Ln, Bradford Rd, Dick Ln
Turn round after 31 mins and get back in 29!
