My training session tonight is speed work with a bit of competiveness thrown in for fun (seeing it is near Christmas). So the run will be 6.5 mile run within Pudsey and for the most part will be easy leisurely and sociable. The competitiveness comes in the form of 5 short high intensity blasts which for anyone interested are strava segments up for grabs. The segments range from 0.1 to 0.3 miles, 3 of which are flat and straight the other 2 are climbs. Total fast running distance is 1.1 miles, the remaining 5.4 miles will be recovery and steady. High vis as always please.
