While Trish is still on hols I'll again take out her group this Tuesday (and also Thurs). The open session will include a gentle warm-up, a few hills, some individual speed efforts, sufficient recoveries and even bit of team work...
Total 5-6 miles (55-60mins) at steady/ right steady pace. Road shoes will be fine as no intention to get dirty!
