Pudsey Pacers

Some of you may be aware I am doing the Marathon of the North at the end of this Month. I am planning on doing 18 miles this weekend so if anyone would like to join me your more than welcome.

This wont be at a fast pace am going to be trying for 11:30 mile pace so will be down on the canal at 9am
