I'm proposing to lead a 7.5m run out tonight at 8.30 pace. For some poss good start for Leeds Half training?

Downhill from Leisure Centre > Kent Road > Valley Road > Troydale (caution as no pavement!) > Uphill Tong Rd > Back Lane > Downhill Low Moor Side > Uphill Lawns Lane > Hall Lane > Downhill Tong Road (again) > Uphill Roker Lane > Littlemoor Road

You gotta get up to get down....

Hey we did that the other way round on Tuesday, except we did Roker Bends on both the out and back sections - a kind of sperm shaped route. Keep reminding your group there is lots of downhill in this route ;)
