A short, sharp session will be offered at club training this week. Likely 3x circuits of 6-8 exercises delivered on tarmac surface near to PLC. There will be a little bit of jogging. And burpees!
Including warm-up/ cool down = total 40mins. Suitable to all abilities. Please wear layers and gloves.
Kindly indicate here if interested and to help me gauge numbers - if no takers I may do alternative in daylight. Meet as usual at PLC. (I'm not at Tues training).
