i would just like to say a big thank you to john pop trish kevin digger
for all the training they have put me through some of it was very hard
and also club members who have spured me on over the last few months
hopefully it will have been worth it come sunday with my brand new pb

i'll be cheering you on Steve, I've got a cold and aint running a long race again with a virus, just not worth it.

Steve, you are welcome, anyway it's you who has turned up and done all the hard work and I'm sure you'll give a good account of yourself. Good luck.

well what can i say the wheels came off big time after mile 8
but hey it is what it is so onwards and upwards on to the next race we go

It is always really hard when you are going for a PB and/or doing it for a charity. I ran a 10K for a cancer charity and it was the worst 10K I have ever run

Just put it down to experience and like you say onwards and upwards!
