I read some review about a book which claims anyone can run a 2:30 marathon. Review or promotional material, I didn't stop to consider which at the time! It worked and I bought the book...
On recieving the book and reading further it says you need 5 years minimum consistent training with weekly volume hitting 100 miles. Bugger! I thought it was going to tell me an easy way but I should have know better. Only one thing works to achieve your dreams - Hard Work.
