A. Waterproof whole body cover with taped seams
B. Other body cover appropriate for the weather conditions

D. Map and compass suitable for navigating the course
E. Whistle
F. Fell running shoes, minimum 5mm stud
G. Emergency food (longer legs)
H. Club vest

As in previous years, it’s proposed to have a general meet up at Pudsey Leisure Centre on Saturday
afternoon and depart en masse.

You need to be mindful of the format; there are four legs:
Leg 1 solo – map & route available now
Leg 2 pairs – map & route available now
Leg 3 pairs – navigation leg: map and route provided at hand over
Leg 4 solo – map & route available now

You need to advise me of which leg you’d like to run although the final decision will be made by the team captain. If you are interested in undertaking the navigation leg please let me know also
