Still spaces on the bus - Sharon will be collecting names and money from this Thursday right up until race day. Remember those under 35 can run, it is a very user friendly course and very good prep for those wanting to try xc this year. Excellent social event and always very well attended - don't miss out, get ya name down today.

I can't come after all. I have hurt my ankle, probably a sprain. But probably at least a couple of weeks before I can run any significant distance again.
