Hi all, the 3rd vets race in on for next Tuesday at Bingley - open to all runners of all abilities. See YVAA for all the directions and registration info. Turn up, register and pay ya £4 and off you go. Good facilities for a few drinks afterwards.

Any questions or new runner concerns, drop us a line on here or via my FB page. Come on, give it a try.

PS - the one after that is on home soil so no excuses for not giving that one a try - well unless you marshal that is. Pudsey vets Tuesday 11th June.
