Well avoided by the "it's-too-short-and-fast-for-me" stalwarts and long-distance enthusiasts, this is an excellent event and hopefully better attended by the club next year.

Congratulations to Sue Ransome, Trishi Pop and Lynne Barrett who took 2nd place out of 5 in the F55 category.

With a time of 64:50, just 52 secs behind winners Baildon Runners A, that's not bad considering Trish just returned from holiday yesterday and Lynne has been off injured all week. Sue achieved 3rd fastest leg time.

The only other PP team to grace the event was the M50 squad of Andy Barrett, Rob Samuels and Jim Cantwell; finishing 5th team from 14 just 3 secs behind City of Hull. Jim stormed round with 5th fastest leg time.
