Tuesdays training will be a steady run out to Thornbury Barracks to warm up or remove the stiffness from Brid.
This will be followed by six 2min efforts with 1min jog recovery between each one.
We will head up towards Thornbury roundabout then left down Dick Lane.
After 4 efforts turn round and head back towards Thornbury for the last 2. Then regroup and steady run back.
Efforts will be just a bit quicker than your 5k pace.
It would be beneficial to bring a watch if possible.
