With those running Bridlington half in mind, I can take a group out about 8.15min pace on Dave B's classic 10K loop.
Down Robin Lane,Valley Rd,Kent Rd,Swinnon Rd + Lane,Stanningley Rd, Richardshaw Lane,Cemetery Rd,Owlcotes and back in via Waterloo,Chapeltown.

There is a couple of places to cut off if you want to go shorter. Carry on up Richardshaw Lane will give you about 4ml or left onto Victoria Rd rather than Owlcotes will give you will give you 5ml.

Once again if your thinking of upping your pace group feel free to join in, no-one will get left behind. Those who have taken the step up recently are doing really well.

You'll be more than welcome Steve. You wont get left behind and there is a variety of abilities and you will fit in nicely. It is the best way to reduce your race times if thats what you're after.
