Pudsey Pacers

I have agreed with Andy Hardaker to run my sessions for the forseable future. I am working away this week and next week will be having the awaited knee op so therefore wont be running for some weeks.

Andy has kindly agreed to run these and tomorrow we have planned a speed session involving efforts on a 2km circuit.
