It's 2 x 1 mile with only 10 min jog recoveries this coming Monday (24th). We are best running the last 3 sessions before the Brid Half on the road where we can see where we are going.

The mile circuit I suggest is in Drighlington (junction of Station Rd & Moorland Road, a left turn circuit right round to the A58 lights, briefly along Whitehall Rd, and finishing on Station Rd at the same junction). We will run round it as warm-up anyway.

It's not London-beer flat and it's not hilly, but neither is Brid - plus Drighlington rhymes with Bridlington so we'll be all right :)

So my suggestion is meet in Drig on Station Rd at 6:50 ish or meet at the Commercial at 6:40 and go in 1 or 2 cars, my turn Steve.

Quality logic JP!

I've just about max'd out on my recovery from injury and scheduled to race at KA7 on Sunday. If ok I will see how the back/ legs feels Monday as can't afford another 2 week lay off prior to Drig erm, sorry I mean Brid...

If I'm at Commercial I'll be doing it and if I'm not then....

Just to say I'm not going to be attending tonight - good race yesterday and now think that I need to conserve everything other than club nights for longer miles and Brid. Nothing to do with wind and rain.... ;)
