So training for the 8 min group Tuesday 28th. Given I got a mild rebuke for not doing Hills on the week before the 31/29 last month you will be pleased to know this Tuesday its HILLS. We need to do more hill work folks to help deal with the likes of last Sunday's XC. The good news is we will be using the Spring Valleys so no mud involved. High Vis please.
