Sub 55min (9min) group. Its the 1st week of the latest coach rotation and I'm now with the sub 55 min group.
Tonight we will be going down to Stanningley Park to do a speed pyramid. Efforts will be 400,800,1200,800,400 metres. Road shoes are recommended.
NB To bring in line with the other 3 training groups (12min/11min/10 min)groups and also the way we advertise training for our Thursday sessions the sub 45 (10k) group is now the 7 min mile group, the sub 50 minute (10k) is now the 8 min mile group and the sub 55min (10k) group is now the 9 min mile group.
