Training for the Sub 55 min (10k) training group on Tuesday 25th April is (Off Road Hill-work) in Post Hill area. A 1 mile off road warm up run to our training area. We will then use another 1 mile circuit all off road. Although the area is quite dry my recommendation would be to wear off road shoes (Trail or Fell shoes) as some of the paths are quite technical. Estimated total running distance 5 to 6 miles.
