Sub 55 minute group training tonight is Hillwork. We will be focussing on downhill running technique as well as uphill efforts. The area we will use will be the incline from the squeeze style in Black Carr Woods to The Fox and Grapes although the majority of the efforts whilst varied in length will not involve climbing the whole stretch. Trail or Fell shoes best option for footwear.
