Training for Sub 45 minute group on Tuesday 24th Jan. This session will be a speed session. Ideal if you are unable to make the track session on Wednesday but I would suggest giving it a miss if you are going to the track, Basically we will be using a 1 mile circuit ( fairly flat) near the leisure centre and will focus on a mixture of 1 mile and 0.5 mile efforts we will also incorporate recovery within this session. If you are not going to track and can run a 10k in under 45 minutes then have a go at this. We will never be that far apart and will regroup after every effort. As usual please remember to wear High Vis.
