Started with three new runners who were all confirmed they'd be comfortable with 3.5 miles. The route proposed was fairly flat, but also included one short hill (100m) and one long hill (500m) to reinforce hill technique. Both were of a similar gradient.
Outside collected a further two runners (quicker ability) and en route a further two. Seven runners in total.
I gave instruction to the quicker ones to continue to specified junctions and regroup. They eneded up doing at least 0.25mile more. Even explained the concept of Strava segments to a few competitive ones.
* Hope this is helpful to following Run Leaders as there is little or no feedback between these sessions.
