Tonight we will be doing hill pyramids down on the grass banks at Houghside.
Trail shoes would be best, especially if it rains beforehand. The hills are short efforts which allows us to think about our technique.

A reminder there is a track session at John Charles Wednesday. 6.45 in reception for 7pm start £3.
