This Tuesday's session is hill work. We will be using a circuit (just short of a mile) to do some reps. The circuit takes in the Smalewell Road and Fox and Grapes path's as well as the old railway embankment. Affectionally known as The Big Dipper (it even includes a loop the loop) :woohoo: this is an off road run. Its been raining again today and with more promised on Tuesday there will probably be some mud therefore my recommendation is Fell shoes or trail shoes but probably not Road shoes. We will be practicing the techniques of downhill running as well as some hill climbing.
