Everyone appears to be making great progress towards the Brid half, this week will be 10.5 miles to allow everyone to have plenty of time to get to the club soical and the 10K photo shoot.

Setting off at 6.45pm

Pudsey / Farsley / Rodley / Horsforth / Kirkstall / L & Bfd Road / Swinnow / Lowtown / Pudsey

A week on Thursday will be the longest run 13.5 miles then taper for the race
