Forgot about vets on 24th
If Possible I would like to leave my car at Bingley as nearer home for me.
Thanks

Thanks for early agreement to the 17th, peeps.

I calculate at the moment that - including Sue - we are up to 6 (therefore two cars needed from end to start, then one car back to Ilkley once completed). If no other takers we can discuss who drives nearer the day. Hope others will also join; I love a BIG reccie!

Sue - I'll tread carefully here, but we will try to accommodate you as best we can. I see Leg 5 is not actually your race leg - therefore, it would be helpful if you were to also consider sharing the transport duties? After all, I think for many of us Bingley is closer to home

Hi I trust reccies are underway and going well. Last night I did a reccie of Leg 1 with Andy H and Sue R. It seemed to go on forever, the ground is extremely waterlogged and quite overgrown. I reckon the extra half mile climb up to Penistone country park has made leg 1 the hardest leg now.

Hi Dave and folks
I'm looking highly unlikely for this race now I'm afraid. I have the go ahead to start building running up again at the weekend but I'm away for nearly a week (with not much chance to do much running) and with no running now for 3 weeks I'm pretty lacking in any kind of form.

I know my partner NIc Annes has also just needed to withdraw due to injury too so I hope reserves are able to take on leg 3? I'm feeling very responsible for the whole team now, if only one other person can do it then I'll run it albeit slow. Hope it can be sorted and I know we are both gutted to have to pull out.

Thanks and apologies once again, Sara :(
