Hello everyone. Please see updated teams below. Big thanks to those who have stepped in. (PHEW!)

Just a reminder that the organisers of the race Halifax Harriers have a guided reccy for all legs next Saturday: "We will be running all the race legs on Saturday 3rd May 2014 and runners from all clubs are welcome to join us. The runs will be at an easy pace that everyone can manage." Please see the Halifax Harriers website for timings etc.
