Think it's about time I took my wildcard out of my back pocket. I'll have the Ribble Valley 10k please. Mr Clark and Mr Smith sometimes put an appearance in at this one so they may be pleased with this call.

Blimey - are you trying to lure Mester Smith out of hibernation? Even I could be tempted by this. Super JC won't go for it as he's now a winter fell runner after his recent 10k PB.

Thanks for the 50 point freebie (hahaha) Melissa but I am going to decline this. This is the course I have famously entered about 7 times, and made it to the start on time once. It is pretty fast - although by no means the fastest of them out there - and certainly slower than the Dash and Dewsbury 10ks.

Lancashire does have a lure of flattish courses but Clitheroe really is the back of beyond.

Neil - Wilmslow 10k in a couple of weeks - pancake flat to try to improve my speed for the ALS - that is a flat fell race, right??

ALS gradient? Unsure as my view has been restricted from inside a box.

Ah yes James I do recall year you came past me when I was about half way round (and probably around the time you usually finish). Funnily enough I have my best tme on this one, maybe I was just having a good day.

Hi Darryl,

Can I use my wildcard at Inskip Half Marathon on Sunday 22nd January please.

Hopefully won't get snowed off this year.

Cheers
