OK, I could regret this....

open season on wildcards to help with your final push - everyone allowed wildcards until the 11th regardless of whether you've already used them this quarter. Some people have done 7 races and the best 8 count so getting that last race in would make a big difference....

Hi Darryl,

Sure I emailed and asked for Spen 20 and Coniston 14 to be counted as mine and Dave's wild card for this quarter? It was either an email or a text.

I think you did Jenny - I just checked back through the forum when looking for wildcards last time so missed them. I'll include in due course.

For any wildcards to count before the end of the comp - published results are needed by the 11th.

Plenty of races to choose from Melissa - maybe need to get a day nurse in so you can crack on

My friend ( the same age, gender and speed as me) wonders which parkrun is the best to get the highest score for our in-house championship :P

Tell your friend to go to Bevendean down parkrun where the course record is 19:14.

Since all scores are based on the course record for parkruns; the slower the course record relative to the time you are (sorry, your friend is) able to do the higher the points.

The downside is that this one is in the Brighton area but the points will be huge.
