Please could ALL CiRFs/ LiRFs promote this event at club nights this week. Run is ALL on paths or tracks and road shoes will be fine. Undulating, but venue has massive support

* Register at Parkrun as Pudsey Pacer & print off barcode * See Forum at end of week for car share * Meet at Temple Newsam 8.30 * Look out for Pudsey Pacer flags* Run starts 9.00 * Enjoy a coffee or tea after with other Pacres (and clubs).

In particular, it would be great if the Club were able to attract beginner/ new runners to race for the first time. Equally, any member who has progressed through the Run England course and is now settled in an identified ability group.

I will be attending and happy to run round with new Parkrunners OR pace other runners to a desired milestone tiime (not sub silly speed, though!).
