Nice one week before the GNR the major stone HM it's just nice flattish course I did it last year and got the worst time of 2:31.00 but that day was totally hot

I've decided against this, the North Wales Half Marathon looks much more fun, includes a climb of a mountain from miles 5-9, looks a tough challenge.
