I have done this race over the last 2 years and Andrew Hardaker, and Jim Cantwell also did it.

I can highly recommend this, its approx 14 miles (depending on tides) and is mostly beach or coastal path starting at Beadnell and takingin Craster and Boulmer before finishing at Alnmouth.
Ideal for a weekend or even longer on the beautiful Northumberland Coast.
