Anyone else running at Escrick today? Going for a PB, which for me is 47:02, if I don't get it, planning to run the Birchwood 10k next Sunday over at Warrington. If anyone fancies joining me next week and pacing at under 07:30 pace I'll buy you a beer. :cheer:

PB missed again, 28 seconds off this time. Birchwood entered for next Sunday for another go.

I have done Birchwood twice previously. Its flat and well organised but if its the same route there are lots of roundabouts to navigate which require a bit of planning if you are PB seeking! Enjoy! Ps how is new beardie Lucy doing?

Lucy is ace, settling in well. Hopefully can run with her next Summer.

Thanks for the tip on Birchwood, yep hoping for a PB. I will watch the roundabouts.

Have also entered Birchwood in the hope of a decent time. Really pushing the boundaries of distance to travel to a race..., especially one so short as 10k!
