Pudsey Pacers

For the benefit of those of you who don't use Facebook or log in to the member's section of the Forum, I am posting this in the open section (before it is moved into the members only section by the Forum police) as I know that some of you missed last weeks run as a consequence. This weekends run will leave the Leisure Centre at 9am on Sunday morning. It will be 8 miles at 10.5 min mile pace. All welcome

Hi Sarah,

I guess you're referring to me as the forum police. It was decided at the committee meeting to some time ago to structure the forum in this way and part of the reason was in response to an incident which did happen involving the forum and details of a non club training run.

I'll ask the committee again just in case they want to change this aspect of the forum.

You could simply put a pointer post in a public forum to say details if this Sundays run available in the members only section.
