Ha ha - hope the link below works.

I was searching for a "confused runner" image for a document I was doing for the Yorkshire Vets website and got the following results from Google, and was surprised to find a very familiar face a few scrolls down the page....

made me chuckle too, i am back running and enjoying it and will be making a vets return this year.

Just managed to get round the Keighley 10K in 49 minutes so definitely heading in the right direction.

Strange how events unfold, if VLM hadn't happened i would have attempted the 3 Peaks and the Fellsman in 2010, I can't help thinking it was a blessing in disguise despite the pain it caused to self and others.

Reformed runner after brush with mortality at London 2010, aspirations now set much lower, spend most of my time running with Finn in the Valley
