Good to hear you're back running, hope you stay fit and it starts to feel easier. Thanks for letting me know your 10K time. I will amend the V60 record. Agonisingly short of the sub 40. Get the yardstick out and check the course wasn't long.

I think your records will stand for a few years yet. There are one or two contenders who could kock you off your perch but they have a few years to go yet. Always the possibility that new and improving members could challenge before then I guess.

I did indeed mean club records JP - your fine work on the PB front goes before you................
Don Johnson ( late of PP for those who don't know him ) holds the full set of V60 times at Baildon, so there's an incentive to get fit !
