Rendez-vous Pudsey Leisure Centre car park at 3pm next Saturday. Please remember your kit (see previous email), and a sleeping bag.

There'll be a pasta-based meal for all on Saturday evening and cereal & toast for Sunday morning.

You will receive a meal at the event centre on finishing.

T-shirts update: Large for Dave, 8 for Caroline & 10 for Jenny to be picked up at registration. There should be others available on the day.

Just when I thought this was cracked, Darryl has cracked a collar bone in a bike accident; I am assured he'll make a full recovery. Let's hope so.

This then still leaves us one down!!! Please help identify another.

Furthermore, I recall Michael saying he was interested in leading the nav leg: so the job is yours!

I'll be back to normal given a month or two. lucky to get off so lightly, I hit the back of a car at speed after swerving to avoid another car pulling out on me from a side road (the hill out of Horsforth down towards kirkstall). Smashed the back window and bounced back off he metalwork. Shoulder took the impact (collar bone broken and vertibrae in the kneck fractured/chipped) not the head which I am thankful for as could have been a different story all together.

Have a great race at the weekend everyone, disappointed to miss it!
