Yep, thanks to everyone yesterday especially Tiff and for Chris for giving me a lift for the van. Certainly slept well last night. May be a while before I'm back on the fells as told by physio no running until I can hop!

Blood, sweat and tears at the British Relay Champs in Cumbria yesterday. Three PP teams braving the hugely challenging terrain and weather conditions. Everybody running their heart out (and legs and lungs). Graeme did us proud like always. Well done everybody. Full report and some dodgy photos in the next newsletter.
