Note new route now in use from Pen Y Ghent to High Birkwith - no more ploughing through the bogs over Black Dubb Moss. Longer but will be more runnable and quicker.

Anybody fancy a Horton to CP 1 reccie via the new route this Saturday 8th Feb -time flexible although would prefer an early start as things to do etc.. or a slightly later start on Sunday ??

There are a few of us doing a recce of Whernside and Ingleborough next Saturday 22nd. It's just over 17 miles. We will be leaving Pudsey at 9am for an approx 10.30 start from Horton. Here's the route:
