Yep, some might be preparing the day before Dublin (likely drinking the black stuff) while others may be warming up for 5 or 10 around Harewood... I've just spotted the 8 mile linear Bronte Way that looks interesting - any comments Mester Boom et al?

Well spotted...forgot I'd done it! Long drag to start with but it's worth it for the scenery that follows. Great finish down through Haworth car park and then up the cobbled road with finish outside the Fleece.

As you point out, it's a linear race so it's a bit different.

I first ran this race, on a day a riggwelter adorned the course at the narrowest of places of course.

And about 4 years ago, I introduced it to Trish (the race not the riggwelter), as her first fell race. She enjoyed it so much, I am surprised she hasn't done more fell races since. It's good for a starter who's looking forward to building up the length, slightly, without the severity.

I might be interested in this.
