(hopefully but unlikely) FINAL UPDATE:

Thanks to young Mester Graves for stepping up (where others declined...) to run with Coach B. Also Paula Bradshaw has kindly agreed to leave her leg 2 trio (Diane did as well), and accepted the to switch to leg 4.

I'll submit teams tomorrow (Sunday 27th) and post more info shortly thereafter. Thanks again for your assistance.

A note regarding the nitty-gritty section of Leg 4.

If you have run this leg before in the past you may remember that as you near Keighley the route takes you through the premises of a factory between Chesham Street and Brontë Street. The route instructions hint about this and the way through the factory grounds is still posted beside the locked gate.

However, and apologies if anybody else has already posted about this but, my guess is that if you breach the locked gate or vault the barrier you will not find a way out the other side. What is not in the route instructions is that there is a new footpath to the left just before you reach the premises (Teconnex Ltd) which directs you round the fence and behind the building until you reach Brontë Street.

Aye, collective head scratching did materialise at the weekend but a combination of best guess and help by an eastern European factory worker took us down the new (correct) path.

One further question though: in Bingley, at the Brown Cow, do you go direct up opposite stone steps to Ardley Lane or via the road, around the corner?

Altar Lane. A couple of years ago we asked and you go up the steps, I think there are a couple of PF signs.
