Graham - most of the runners on leg 5 walked up crooks lane so don't feel bad about walking - you took part and y u did your best - that is what counts. i walked some of my leg too

Agree with JP and Sue - you did amazing by firstly stepping in, then getting the kit together, not being fazed by doing the leg without any reccie knowledge and still smiling at the end! I've been told that all good fell runners master the art of walking up hills so I also attempted up Crooked Lane to put this into practice yesterday ...

Focus on the positives and you'll bust your time for BMW Leg 3.

Superb effort by all those Pacers involved in yesterday's relay race! Still waiting for the final results but I've heard already about some heroic exploits up and down dale! Erm, and a few wrong turnings as well (guilty) but everybody got round and did our club proud. Well done everybody! Results should be up on www.halifaxharriers.co.uk/ any time now....

Looks like somebody beat me to it but results are in: A team: 26th B team: 68th. Superb stuff! Notable the results show 4 team disqualifications (including Airedale and Wharfedale A) for failing to carry the correct kit. Oh dear...
